We remove any visible signs of absence like packages or flyers, confirm all doors and windows are locked, and check faucets and toilets to prevent leaks or unpleasant sewer smells. We also coordinate trash pickup so you’re never stuck with smelly bins lingering in your garage after departure.

Hi, I’m Thomas — the founder of Coyote Watch and a proud resident of Utah’s mountain communities.
Before launching this company, I spent several years managing private estates, overseeing everything from high-end property maintenance to staffing and hospitality logistics. I also built a career in the culinary world as an executive chef, working in five-star hotels where I refined my attention to detail, discretion, and commitment to exceptional service — values I now bring into every home I care for.
Today, I live in Heber City’s Jordanelle Ridge neighborhood and understand firsthand the needs of both seasonal and full-time residents in this area. Whether preparing it for your arrival, or coordinating trusted local vendors, my approach is simple: I treat your home the way I’d want mine to be treated — with care, consistency, and pride.
